express yourself

i have problems expressing myself.always real shy,don't want to hurt feelings make mad, people think i'm being rude or speak up. most of time unless i feel like saying it just jumps out really ppl. most times i just don't react

just think

i know miss alot by doing this! anybody else do this?

i know the feeling, kind of, but not usually as extreme as you describe it.
maybe you want to keep track of how its going in that department by posting it on here?
